Family run and in a great central location in the the stunning town of Melk. incredible Views to the Palace. We hired electric bikes the first day (10€ for half a day) gorgeous 50km cycle up to Spitz and back (lots of places to stop for wine and beer!) Next day went to a family wedding in Wasserkirken by BOAT! we asked SO many question at reception and they were consistently helpful. The food is delicious too, so many homemade delicacies. The space is designed in a very smart way, a lot of light and amazing balconies. A very well equipped kitchen with a thought about the finest details. The host is very communicative and responsive. The location is great as well. In the heart of the old city of Melk, yet very peaceful and quiet. Air conditioning was really good in middle of July. We were warmly welcomed at Reception and given a lovely room. The dinner was gorgeous with plenty of local produce and dishes to choose from. Breakfast was also beautifully varied.
