Every member of staff we interacted with was friendly and courteous . The restaurant was very nice as well with a good choice of food for both dinner and breakfast . The spa and outside pool area we enjoyed as well . Robes and slippers and a very useful bag in the room to use to take what you needed down (along with plenty of towels in the spa itself) was also a nice touch.
