I loved the staff. So kind and helpful! And the location, literally perfect. We arrived very late, almost midnight, and they had left food in our room.

Everything! We were very fortunate being close to end of season as they upgraded us into the 5* Alpine Palace from the Stammhaus. As we were there to celebrate my husband’s 50th it really was appreciated. The hotel and amenities are superb. Spacious room with a beautiful bathroom, and great balcony looking at the slopes. The heated outdoor pool is a real perk, and the spa facilities are amazing. Breakfast was great, with a huge selection and eggs to order. The fresh orange juice was delicious. Right next to a lift up the mountain, great ski lockers. The biggest kudos goes to the staff, absolutely wonderful. They could not do enough for you and were so hospitable and friendly, especially the breakfast and reception staff. We would absolutely stay here again. Loved it!

Modern hotel, exceptionally positioned, everything you need is there. Staff was amazing, especially Predrag, Zhivko and receptionist Jelena who attendedto all our needs. Even the owner came to talk to us few times. Jasna provided the most amazing messages ever!

It is a good hotel, good breakfast, great location. It was surprising that I had to pay a city tax separately, considering to the price of accommodation. It would be great to give customers bathrobe and hotel slippers. I think the hotel can provide more for a such price. Great location, very close to the train station.

We chose Tauern Spa expecting a high level of service, but unfortunately, this was the biggest disappointment of our stay. ✅ Pros: – The hotel itself is beautiful, and the spa area is spacious and enjoyable. – Check-in was smooth, and the receptionist was very helpful – assisted with luggage, showed us the room, and even parked our car. Unfortunately, this was the only time the service felt at a 4* Superior level.
