Room was clean and spacious, as was the entire property. Saunas were great. Breakfast was rich and delicious. Location - directly across from Planai, terrific. Hotel provided a taxi to Banhof at the end of my stay - and the staff overall were so incredibly kind and helpful! Cannot recommend enough. If I’m ever back at Schladming I will not hesitate to stay here again.

ARX guest house is a wonderful place to stay if you're skiing in the schladming area. Just an extremely short walk to the trails at Hochwirzen. Couldn't be more convenient for skiing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel was modern and clean with fantastic views. A great breakfast was included, and you can actually eat dinner at their in-house restaurant. Another great feature is that they have their own ski rental shop on the ground floor. High quality equipment in excellent condition.

The property is ideally located if you are skiing, You can ski Obertauern, Flachau and Schladming in just 15min drive. Our apartment was big and comfortable, 64m2 on ground floor. The view isn’t something but it was easily accessible. Kitchen had everything for individual meal preparation. Floor heating worked well. Underground garage (2,2m). You get Salzburger card which you can use for SPA in Altenmark and get 20% discount and free ski bus.

With ski-to-door access to the Obertauern Ski Area, Mountain Vita offers a sauna, steam bath, and fitness center during winter.

The rooms were clean and beautifully furnished. Super sauna and charming and delicious breakfast. Storage room for skis was clean and neat as well.

Nicely located in flachau with a nice view of the surrounding mountains. Supermarket right next door is affordable and has fresh bread every morning. The kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking. Ample free parking underground. We got great advice on hiking trails and had a great time in beautiful Austria.
