Very good breakfast, lots of choices, including freshly prepared in the kitchen, friendly hosts. The hotel allows to check in late, which is very convenient after unpredictable traffic coming from far away.

The location is in the centre of Innsbruck, within walking distance of almost everywhere you'd want to go, and buses and trams are close by for everywhere else. Despite being in the centre, the hotel is on a quiet side street, so noise is no problem, (although the city centre is on the flight-path for the airport).
The breakfast buffet is possibly the best I've seen anywhere, and I've seen quite a few.
We stayed for seven nights and for the first four our room was good. However, maintenance work need to be carried out on that floor, so we were moved to a suite on another floor for the rest of our stay, which was excellent.
Possibly the best thing about the Penz though is the staff. Every member of staff we dealt with was friendly, helpful, professional and a pleasure to deal with.
The Nala Individuellhotel is located in the centre of Innsbruck, 800 metres from the Golden Roof.

Staff were incredibly helpful, nothing was to much, they went above and beyond- they even had the rain covered as they handed out umbrella’s so you could still enjoy the day!
Welcomes drinks, Cooke’s and sweets on hand and the break was brilliant.
I would highly recommend

The Location and that view! The view stunning looking over Innsbruck. The bar was great for casual drinks and nibbles. Parking was great too for extra.

The room was nice, clean & spacious. Professional staff, location is reasonably good.
These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
Beautiful apartment- very comfortable with a home-from-home experience. Lovely views from the large balcony; well-equipped kitchen; gorgeous interior. We were made to feel very welcome. Seefeld is a lovely mountain village with a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. It is well located for visiting The Tyrol with a number of good hikes starting in the town itself.
- The spa area with many pools is great and much bigger than expected
- The food is amazing and a great variety
- The farm animals like goats were so lovely
- special things like happy eggs, car parking service (even with the daily cost of 8,5 EUR) worked really well, teen's lounge etc
- the suite was big and clean with beautiful views and balcony
- the hotel is beautiful, so many candles lit in the evenings, the new and old designs match nicely
