This is an excellent hotel! Staff were great especially Jan with his recommendations for ski apps and of course Almdudler! Location close to the ski lift was perfect (2 minute walk). The pool was excellent, and the multiple saunas, great after a day skiing. The room was large, the shower was excellent with a great shower head and there was a bath too but we didn't use it. Although no tea/coffee in the room, you could get tea from the pool area where there was a hot water urn, although thanks to reviews here we took our own travel kettle. We had to get our own milk but there was a fridge in our room.
We were half board, the evening meals were of a high quality although perhaps not suited to small children if you have them.
A 10-minute tram ride from Innsbruck’s Old Town, Hotel Kapeller offers modern rooms furnished in pastel colours. It also offers free Wi-Fi, free on-site private parking and a rich buffet breakfast.

A traditional Austrian property located in a quiet and scenic Tyrolean village about 25 minutes by train from Innsbruck.
Tastefully decorated with everything you need for a home from home experience. Very comfortable beds, two double bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and bathroom while laundry facilities are available in the basement.
Loved the scenery and staying in a village rather than a city.

Bettina was very helpful, and especially accommodating when our flight was delayed and we arrived more than 24 hours after expected. It was great to get late check-in and arrive to a clean and cozy apartment! It's a nice location, very close to one of the cable cars and a bus stop, and only a short walk to the lake. The apartment is spacious, and the bread service is a nice touch.
Purest is set in Achenkirch and features a pool with a view and mountain views. The property has pool and garden views.

Austria was never on our list of favorites until now, but since we stayed with the Messner family in the "PUREST", that has changed.
What a great place to stay, with fantastic attention to detail and an absolute feel-good atmosphere.
The penthouse was impressive with its elegance, coupled with minimalism, design and spaciousness.
The fantastic view, the location and the peace and quiet that came with it allowed us to quickly escape from the stress of everyday life and "unwind".
Even when the weather wasn't so great, the relaxation factor in this apartment and in the "PUREST" in general was sensational - and even the misty mountains and rain had their charm.
Ms. Messner knows her craft through and through, and is always very warm, professional and courteous.
It is to be highly commended that the house is not designed for quantity but for quality - if you value something special with a penchant for perfection and service, you are in absolutely perfect hands here.

These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
Everything was perfect. Apartment was spacious, clean, comfy, very well designed and equipped. You can use sauna, relaxation room, whirlpool and external natural swimming pool. The building is very well maintained and provides nice view. Very enjoyable!
