The hotel spa area and pool is wonderful and quiet. Lovely staff, very attentive. Nice room and comfortable bed. Delicious food, particularly the Asian dishes. We felt very relaxed and would have loved to stay longer.

What a great hotel. We made a mistake and booked a family room for 2 people instead of 4. The receptionist helped us a lot and made sure we only add a little extra for the meals for 2 others. What great service. Breakfast was great. Good vegan options. Helpful staff. Nice old town close to the air port Vienna and nice towns to pass a day or two. Room had good A/C and big comfortable beds.

Here it states that the check-in time is until 11:30 PM. We arrived at the hotel around 10:30 PM and no one was there. We also called the emergency number but one one picked up. Please update the check-in details ASAP. We had to sleep in our car because of this!
