From the lady at reception last night to the lady at breakfast everything was superb, warm greetings and superbly professional, hotel and rooms old world charm yet modern nuanced also, fantastic centre location too. This 4-star superior hotel in Kaprun features 20,000 m² of indoor and outdoor spa area and a glass-covered outdoor pool.

We chose Tauern Spa expecting a high level of service, but unfortunately, this was the biggest disappointment of our stay. ✅ Pros: – The hotel itself is beautiful, and the spa area is spacious and enjoyable. – Check-in was smooth, and the receptionist was very helpful – assisted with luggage, showed us the room, and even parked our car. Unfortunately, this was the only time the service felt at a 4* Superior level.

Such a gem in the middle of Kaprun. We were there as 2 families to ski and it all worked brilliantly.

    Cella Central Historic Boutique Hotel is a very nice accomodation with lovely enterior and very nice and helpful staff. The room was clean and cosy, the bed was big and comfortable and the bathroom was also very spacious. The staff was very helpful with making it possible to store my bike during the night and also helped me very early in the morning to get it.

    The location was perfect! Right on the water, high walkability to the surrounding little town, excellent access to the lake, in the path of the running/walking/bike trails. Feels secluded due to the large size of the building and orientation of rooms to the rest of the building. The room was so lovely, we loved the design details and super spacious closet.

    Breakfast great. Decor and interior design were so well put together with the colours and Nordic style. Staff were superb especially Carina who gave us tips on our next destination at Hinterglemm. Good atmosphere and warm welcome on arrival. Would recommend to friends which we have already done!

    Excellent comfortable room - spacious - very nice design, warm (controllable heat). Food - breakfast and evening meals were very high standard. Luigi is a great chef - Restaurant staff - Soudor and the team were very friendly helpful and efficient. Christine was a pleasure to meet on reception. So friendly and helpful - she gave a lovely welcome when we arrived. Hotel is in a great location for skiing - very near the lift system and you can ski back to the rear of the hotel at the end of the day.

So much to, just using the free summer card - cable cars right behind the hotel. absolutely amazing food - breakfast and dinner were soooo good! lots of choice, really lovely staff (all so eager to please, happy and just a total credit to Vaya).
