AustraliaThe beds were extremely comfortable but the rooms were dated and need a refresh. For the price we expected a little more. The lobby bar was a good alternative for dinner as our dinner experiences were all cancelled due to weather. Many staff were new and very inexperienced.

Staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful and it was lovely to have that feeling of being looked after. The reality was much better, in particular through the friendly and helpful staff and the clever design. It provides a relaxing atmosphere, a good base to explore the Uluru national park.
