The bedroom and bathroom is downstairs on ground level. Bed is comfortable. Pictures on web are honest about view - there is probably 10% view of sea but it's so close to the beach - only a minutes walk there and promenade and Coolum town is lovely. Good facilities, pool was lovely, with bonus heated pool and lap pool. Comfy beds and pillows.
