Easily accessible to the park and offered everything I expected to make for an enjoyable experience. Fantastic check-in with everything explained thoroughly as to the hotel, the park entry and trails to hike, surrounding areas to explore and the hotel amenities. Very nice restaurant, bar and areas to relax after a day of hiking. The room with a separate seating area to enjoy the outdoors was the extra beyond what we hoped for.
These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.
We stayed in the luxury couples spa cabin. Spa was perfect, and cabin is very private and isolated. Could see and hear wallaby’s and birds directly outside balcony. Staff were lovely. DVD’s available at reception, as it has players in cabin. Great reception + wifi. Bed was very comfortable, and room was well presented and clean. Little touches with toothbrush, comb and make up face washer was very thoughtful. Thank you CMWV

Amy, in reception was lovely!
Rooms are very spacious and beautifully designed. We had a view of the gardens, and it was stunning. Bathroom was a generous size.
Stunning location on the hill in Cradle Mountain village. Private 2 bed chalet, surrounded by bush, large balcony, parking at the door. Kitchen will good facilities, large bathroom, sofas & TV, Wifi, high ceilings and well designed bush cabin. Deep bath for after walking soak. Fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.
The design of our room was the best I have ever stayed at. Plenty of room for two suitcases and ample space in bathroom for all our toiletries. Lovely furnishings. The staff were lovely, especially Tracie in dining.
Close to cradle mountain. Large parking lot allows parking close to rooms. The decoration and interior design create a Sherlock homes feeling with a super nice lounge area which has a fireplace very nice to have friends gathering together and play around. Breakfast is very good.
This facility is so lovely, the weather was cold and wet, the warmth of open fires made us feel so comfortable. An upgrade to a King Room was an unexpected delight. The rooms are so nicely designed and feel like they are part of the wilderness. The great smorgasbord Dinner followed by a complimentary Breakfast topped everything off for us. Great staff friendly and engaging.
Rooms lovely with great design and cosy.Excellent tavern for food and drinks.Great breakfast.
