There's nothing nice to say about this horrible poor excuse for budget accommodation. I understand budget but the rooms are smaller than a jail cell, you can hear everything from every room. The communication was atrocious and breakfast was no where to be seen at 8am when reception was supposed to be opened but was only opened when I called to complain about no breakfast although paid for it.

Staff and room were excellent; the lovely surprise was the restaurant and bar. I was travelling on my own for work but the barman made me feel really welcome and the menu and wine list were great - food was also lovely. I will definitely make this my place to stay next time.

The Holiday Inn far exceeded our expectations, everything is lovely, very clean, and stylish. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of towels in the bathroom. I'd also like to mention the exceptionally friendly staff. Ben & Mohan were on the desk and gave such good customer service, we really liked our stay there and would definitely go back and recommend to others.

I thought the staff were great and very friendly also accomoding, I understand it's a budget ibis so for the price I wasn't expecting 5 star but it was acceptable and the staff and location made it better, I liked the display of local attractions on mini cards for tourists to see what was available In the area And I also like the room had a tv and a well working air conditioning, there was also plenty of parking 🙂

As it says its a Budget hotel. It's clean but not 5 star. Staff are helpful and polite. The shower and toilet are in a cubicle which can be a little difficult. Water pressure was good. Bed was good. Clean towels and sheets. Would stay again.
