I would say very unprofessional staff/management. Tried to book hotel early morning around 2-3 am as I was in night shift. Requested for early check in around 7am and was happy to pay 2 nights stay due to early check in. Staff agreed when had a phone conversation. After finishing the shift rang in hotel again on the way and asked if anyone available and which room I was in but the staff responded we have only used room at the moment as housekeepers will be arriving at 8am. I got shocked like paying full amount for 2 nights stay just for early check in and earlier at phone didn’t mention anything when tried to book. Clearly tried to make sure if staff is aware about what he is saying but responded he was and told they don’t have choice l. Clearly told staff that you would have told me earlier so that I can find the other place and also mention that I don’t want use room and cancel the booking and hope m not getting charged.
Now they deduct my money for not using their used room and came to know they put me as no show.
How would someone even go and stay as a guest after you know you were offered a used room. Wow fantastic service just WoW 👏

Absolutely loved having a beach view room with a balcony to take it all in. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The lagoon pool was the perfect spot for relaxing and sharing a quiet drink. We look forward to coming back and staying on the lagoon.
Things that could be improved; the bed was two king singles pushed together and it wasn’t very comfortable. There was also no headboard, which gave the room an unfinished feel. The room had mismatched glasses that weren’t particularly clean, we ended up using paper cups to enjoy a drink on the balcony. The casino pool is stunning but it’s designed to have a party vibe so the loud music is off putting if relaxing is what you’re after.

What a stunning hotel. Can’t wait to return again! A truly beautiful hotel. Lovely rooms, beautiful scenery and wonderful staff thanks specially to Rio and the wonderful pet parrot too ❤️
What a beautiful apartment. It was homey, stylish and we loved the little touches of flowers and styling. We really appreciated the milk that was left for us as well as the supplies of coffee pods and tea. The apartment was thoughtfully stocked with shampoos and soap etc.
A lovely balcony and a huge TV!
The location is amazing!! Step out to direct access to many restaurants, shops, wave pool, playground and Aqua park.
It was perfect for our family and we would definitely recommend!
Nice interior decoration, trendy apartment. View is absolutely sensational. Balcony lovely.
Owner very friendly, communicated a lot
Appt is spacious enough, had all basics
Excellent central location, lovely large and neat room, very large and comfy bed and really well designed and usable furniture. Wonderful bathroom and great view from balcony.
The room was stunningly appointed, cleverly designed and the view from the room was breathtaking. We went there to work on creative thinking and business planning and this was the perfect location to do that.
Breakfast rather basic - more a paid snack, not even served with a cup of tea when we had breakfast by the pool.
Otherwise hotel a good place to stay. Rooms comfortable, quiet, good blackouts, lovely touch of designer chairs and bedhead by White Mango, very stylish. Good fridge and bathroom.
Pool lovely, towels available.
Lift from airport
Pleasant staff
There was so much to like about this place! The villa was a bit different to the usual - with a lovely tropical-Japanese vibe. Really well designed villa given the size wasn't that huge. All facilities including kitchenette were cleverly fitted in. BBQ on deck. Lovely environment, garden and pool. Privacy of villa. Extremely comfortable bed. The location is excellent.
Parap is a lovely location with a gorgeous little village, great bakery, great local design store, excellent Laneway Coffee cafe, excellent Saturday market. It is in walking distance to the fabulous boat clubs to watch the sunset. We used the scooters for travel to and from the city and waterfront 3 days as they were in the zone.
