At first was put in a room where Aircon, tv, phone and WiFi were either not working or in bad shape. We were promptly changed after complaining but for “5 star” place you wouldn’t expect that to happen.
Technicians and reception staff though very friendly and helpful. Bedroom cleanliness so so… beds weren’t really made properly, the covers yes but once pulled the sheets were as they were left from the night before.
Pool is great and nested in the bushes like all the chalets. There’s no sea view anywhere but still quite decent.
The bbqs available are miserable. No support or lighting to grill. Smith’s offers small bbqs on most rooms.
The trophy though goes to the restaurant. Food is medíocre. One could however argue that if service were good you’d overlook that after a long day. But no, it’s actually worse. We decided to eat at the pub down at dunsborough or even buy ready at woolsworth. It was tastier. Sad thing though is the staff has always a smile on their faces, they are trying but it’s just not enough… our second night we ordered some food and a bottle of wine. We still had the bottle the previous table finished before we sat down there. Our starters and even main came before the wine. And the old bottle always there…

It was very clean and spacious, we were lucky as there were only one other couple so it was quiet.
Pod coffee, toast with butter and condiments, single yoghurt and fruit serves and bottled juice etc for a simple breakfast to start the day. Good off road parking. A great food market nearby.
These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.
- The kitchen was stylish, functional and looked newly renovated with the latest appliances.
- The upstairs lounge has two large, comfy, trendy, L-shaped sofas.
- There is a lot of space.
- It is situated in a great spot and very central. It has a lovely view.
Location was lovely, close to dunsborough but in the bush. The noise of the birds in the morning as the sun rose was just lovely. The property itself was really well equipped and well designed.
The staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Fantastic customer service.
The entrance to the resort is stunning. Lovely ambiance and feel to the resort.
Pool was gorgeous and only a short walk from the beautiful bunker bay beach.
The day spa was lovely.
Overall a very relaxing and lovely place.
Loved the unit, the utensils, spices and goods to use like the games etc. Well equiped. The layout and design with decor is lovely. The bush besides the unit was nice too.
The whole house was designed really well, we especially enjoyed the upstairs deck which was well protected and shady. We loved the outlook and no immediate neighbours was perfect.
It was lovely having trees and the garden was well maintained.
The outdoor shower was an added bonus and well used.
The proximity to the beach was perfect also.
The breakfast was very nice and the accomodation was lovely. Designed for guests privacy and even had a visit from a bandicoot in our garden. The location is superb.
Everything was so clean and comfortable. The design was contemporary and lovely. We really felt comfortable in the cabin and really appreciated that we could book for one night for a quick weekend getaway whereas a lot of other places have 2 night minimum!
The house is absolutely stunning, beautiful art design, close to shops and restaurants. High quality equipments and facilities through out the house. We had a great family cooking dinner. Host is lovely and reply your request quickly and promptly
The villas are excellent in every way, beautifully designed, very comfortable, set down the slope from the entry to almost the beach at Bunker Bay ( truly gorgeous). There is a walkway through the dunes to the beach. The infinity pool was lovely with views down to the beach, lots of towels. Dinner was delicious, buffet breakfast ( included) was quite good. The location is remote but wonderful
