AustraliaThe room was lovely. Lots of space and very comfortable. Had a bit of a strange experience in the morning - went to use the lift to get downstairs as my partner was disabled. A staff member screamed at us to get out of the lift as he wanted to fix it. Made us use the stairs. The staff downstairs then made us exit the building through the back and walk around the whole building to get to our car at the front, despite my partner using a mobility aid and obviously struggling. Would have been nice if they just let us out the front door.

Older Tudor style like design, but that's the quirk of it. Kids could play hide and seek forever, after spending all day at the beach.
