Alice and Ash, were extremely helpful. Our stay was comfortable and we had access to everything we needed. for check in, it was very easy to collect keys from lock box at entry. The heating and amenities made our stay comfortable. The kitchen had all the basic requirements, including dishwasher. Beds were comfortable. There was also a lovely handwritten note, bottle of wine, fruit and chocolate on arrival, very sweet of them.

The location was impeccable with sweeping, uninterrupted views of Port Phillip Bay and a night time scene of the city skyline that looked like fairy lights. The bedding was like sleeping in a cloud. It was scrupulously clean and with beautiful designer decor. There were quality coffee and teas provided.

Loved the perfect location, right at the beach, with amazing sea views and sunsets. The house is expansive and fits big groups. Older Tudor style like design, but that's the quirk of it. Kids could play hide and seek forever, after spending all day at the beach. Best thing about this amazing home was the closeness to the beach, walking barefoot to and back. Would love to stay again.
