Our stay was comfortable and we had access to everything we needed. for check in, it was very easy to collect keys from lock box at entry. The heating and amenities made our stay comfortable. The kitchen had all the basic requirements, including dishwasher. Beds were comfortable. Older Tudor style like design, but that's the quirk of it. Kids could play hide and seek forever, after spending all day at the beach.
