Our family of three had a lovely two night stay. Great staff who were on hand to help with any questions or issues. The next day we had to make a quick emergancy stop at the hospital for one of our children and the manager was kind enough to let my partner and children stay in the air con room a little longer out of the heat while I ducked out to the hospital.
