AustraliaI saw reviews of how amazing the staff were and I booked a room, very last minute on the morning of my arrival. I desperately needed an early check in so I called reception and spoke with Steven. He was absolutely amazing with my request for an early check in and worked with the housekeeping team to have a room ready for me in just over an hour! I was SO thankful for this! Thank you to Caitlin from housekeeping for getting the room cleaned and reset so quickly, everything was amazing!
Steven in reception continued to have fantastic customer service when we asked for anything at the front desk. Overall this was a great experience and I hope to be back for another great experience! The staff are definitely a fantastic asset at Quest Ipswich :)
