AustraliaThe room was smallish but comfortable and well-appointed with a king-size bed and a large flat screen TV including streaming options and was surprisingly quiet given the location and downstairs restaurant and bar. The restaurant was excellent with good ambience and very extensive beverage and food menus - our evening dinner on the day of our arrival was very enjoyable.

AustraliaThe check in code I was provided with was incorrect. I called the after hours line and when the staff member answered he told me to call him back in 10 minutes. I then tried calling 5 times prior to him picking up the phone after the 10 minutes was up. As a paying guest, i should not be responsible for calling a staff member back to get check in instructions. There were also cockroaches EVERYWHERE. Outside where the entrance was there were about 50-100 cockroaches and then there were dead ones inside the unit.
