Staff were very accommodating, reception went to the effort of leaving a few little sweet treats and a note to welcome in the room which I thought was especially thoughtful

Located opposite beautiful Brighton Beach and Pier, this hotel is just 33 feet from the Royal Brighton Yacht Club. All accommodations offers a desk and a flat-screen TV.

Staff were excellent. Position ideal to the beach. On site parking was good but I did not agree with a daily charge when we were paying guests.

Surrounded by shops and restaurants in Melbourne CBD, this 5-star hotel offers spacious suites with LCD TVs, balconies, and panoramic views over Yarra River.

There were a number of problems with the room. The sink in the bathroom was very slow to drain. It took two maintenance visits to get it properly fixed. The clothes, washer in the kitchen, continually spat out an error halfway through the drying process. Despite reporting this, it never got fixed properly, so I ended up with wet clothes twice! There was a drawer in the desk that was sticking out about 3 inches and wouldn’t close properly and the lock on the balcony door from the living room didn’t lock properly. I got so sick of making complaints that a couple of these things I either didn’t report until I left, or just didn’t bother reporting at all. Basically, it was a lot of little things and it was disappointing having to deal with them.

The Royce is located on Melbourne’s grand boulevard that connects the city’s finest luxury shopping on Collins Street, to world-class galleries and gardens and further to the beautiful bayside...

Nothing in particular. We have been staying at the hotel for more than 20 years and will continue to do so into the future.

The staff member on reception was knowledgeable and very helpful and efficient. I was upgraded to a 1 bdr apartment which was lovely. Car parking was $10 per night but better than parking on the street.

Really nice modern, clean rooms. They had plates/cutlery which really comes in handy and not all hotels have! My room was so nice and quiet, staff were lovely and I never had to wait for the elevator (score!). There's also a little servo next door which is handy for snacks/drinks. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.
