Surrounded by shops and restaurants in Melbourne CBD, this 5-star hotel offers spacious suites with LCD TVs, balconies, and panoramic views over Yarra River.

There were a number of problems with the room. The sink in the bathroom was very slow to drain. It took two maintenance visits to get it properly fixed. The clothes, washer in the kitchen, continually spat out an error halfway through the drying process. Despite reporting this, it never got fixed properly, so I ended up with wet clothes twice! There was a drawer in the desk that was sticking out about 3 inches and wouldn’t close properly and the lock on the balcony door from the living room didn’t lock properly. I got so sick of making complaints that a couple of these things I either didn’t report until I left, or just didn’t bother reporting at all. Basically, it was a lot of little things and it was disappointing having to deal with them.

The Royce is located on Melbourne’s grand boulevard that connects the city’s finest luxury shopping on Collins Street, to world-class galleries and gardens and further to the beautiful bayside...

Nothing in particular. We have been staying at the hotel for more than 20 years and will continue to do so into the future.

the service was excellent starting from the lovely lady who helped me check in she made the process easy and made it more comfortable for me given it was my first time in this hotel. I will visit again and recommend it to anyone especially if you need quiet time to unwind. Thank you to all the staff.

Upon arrival, I found the shared room to be clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were cozy, and each guest had their own designated space, which made the shared environment feel more private. The shared facilities such as the kitchen, bathroom, and common areas were also well-equipped and spotlessly clean. I appreciated the effort put into maintaining cleanliness and providing essential amenities like free Wi-Fi, and even some thoughtful extras like complimentary breakfast or coffee.

It was above and beyond our expectations, the last 3 houses we have booked have had bare minimum in regards to bedding and space. This house was divine! Seperate lounge for the kids to play their devices, beautiful kitchen and a gorgeous master suite with ensuite and walk in robes… just gorgeous? !!

The place as a whole is lovely. We felt we had a quiet, private corner of the earth. The suite was a lovely size. Proximity to shops and things to do was great. For somewhat of a staycaytion, we felt away from it all. Lovely.

Lovely clean private room. Hosts were friendly but gave us our privacy and were very accommodating with our changing plans/check in time. Massive walk in wardrobe which would be great for people on an extended stay

The location was absolutely beautiful and i loved the idea of Townhouse apartments over rooms, and for the price it is an incredible space that includes two balconies and a small backyard
