I was very happy with my stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was of a high standard. The breakfast was varied and tasty, and the hotel's location made it easy to explore the area. I also appreciated the nice facilities, such as the spa and gym. Family-run, small, super clean, helpful staff and personal service. It's a boutique hotel and the rooms are neatly designed, if a little small. Location perfect in the middle of old town. I had a fantastic massage at the spa in the basement, but beware there's only room there for one (pair of) guest at a time so you need to book in advance. Overall a pleasant hotel, I'd stay here again.

Friendly helpful staff, perfect location, gorgeous interior design, outstanding breakfast, comfortable clean room, lovely relaxing spa area! Particularly enjoyed the breakfast with buffet which was safe for me to eat gluten free items from as a coeliac and they brought me freshly baked gluten free bread! Staff helped us get a taxi to the airport and we left our luggage in the reception for our last day in Baku. Can’t fault the hotel.

The hotel is boutique and quirky with a lovely design. Staff, especially check-in staff and the barman were very welcoming and lovely. The room (we had a basic double) was fit for purpose - clean and comfortable (we had an issue with hot water but the staff sorted this out very quickly). The location is fantastic for the old town of Baku - we walked everywhere and felt central.

Booked deluxe double room and it was stunning. Decor was very classy and the room was spacious with a beautiful bathroom. Could not be more central, but not noisy. The communal areas were thoughtfully designed.
