The location was superb! A few minutes walk to the Old Town and it's quaint bazaar! Almost impossible to believe one is in Europe! Muslibegovic House was such a gem of a find in Mostar! Such a quaint place, steeped in history, with a few rooms, friendly staff and I wish we could stay here forever! We were privileged to meet the 9th generation owner of the property, such a quiet, dignified gentleman. The breakfast was more than adequate, well prepared and resembled a cosy "home stay" that matches the property so well! Would love to return to Mostar and Muslibegovic House will be my hotel of choice anytime!

This is a hotel with a lot of potential. It could really be perfect if a few shortcomings were corrected. A wonderful, friendly and ready to help staff works here. The rooms are nice, spacious, clean and clean every day. The hotel has an excellent location. On top of that, there is a spa and a small pool, which you can freely use.... The bad thing is that in the description of the hotel on booking.com it is stated that the room equipment includes an ironing set. Not only is there no iron, but additionally you have to pay for ironing each item. There is no kettle so you won't make your own tea in the room (I attach a photo from the information book located in the room 😉). If you go to the restaurant to pick up for example a tee you have to take a debit card or money because it is not possible to add to the bill and pay on departure. In the spa there was often no service so you could not get a locker key in the locker room.
