I by accident made two reservations for the same day. One super expensive and the other one much more cheaper. I asked if they could cancel the cheaper one , and they said no. The hotel was empty. Just us and another family. Even booking.com asked them to cancel, they didn’t. Zero consideration.

Beautiful hotel and perfect location in Brugge.
Sadly, we got terribly sick two nights before the vacation and they couldn't accommodate making a change in the dates of our stay. They preferred having two visitors with the flu than changing the date of stay.

The owners running the B&B were so lovely and welcoming. They really made my friend and I so well taken care of during our stay and were able to accommodate my friend’s vegan diet for the breakfast. The room was very comfortable and clean, and breakfast was excellent! I really recommend this B&B if you are looking to stay in Brugge!
These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.
Such a lovely home, garden and people. Perfect for a stop over before heading to the shuttle, which is only an hour away.
Fab brekkie too
Thumbs up from us
Liked everything about this house, was spacious, clean but what I loved was walking in and there were lit candles all over the property.
What a wonderful touch to welcome us. There was also some wine, biscuits and juice for kids which I thought was lovely.
Would definitely use this property again.
We stayed just one night after visiting Brugge for the day on our way to a morning ferry crossing to the UK. The check in / out was easy as keys were left in a lock box. Lovely apartment with plenty of amenities.
Everything. The apartment is top notch. Great decor, large and open, with great facilities. It was literally a home from home. Communication from Filip was prompt and clear, and he was always on hand to answer any questions. Our little one enjoyed the opportunity to play with the toys that were there. Free private parking. Great location, central and next to a lovely bakery. Really good value for money.
The room was excellent: large, clean, quiet and comfortable. The shower was first class, not a budget model. We chose not to take breakfast or dinner at the hotel. We spent two nights here as we wanted to be near de Haan, about 30 minutes away by car.
