We got an upgrade on arrival in the main mansion so probably not rating the right room here but wow was it amazing. Lots of cachet! The details in the decoration! The bed was incredibly confortable, the bathroom was gigantic, the coffee delicious, perfect location, nice lady at the reception. We were happy it rained one day just to stay in all cosy!
These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.
Excellent location central Ypres.
Great safe parking.
The host Elodie was very nice and helpful.
Breakfast was fantastic 10/10
Lovely little boutique hotel.
Spacious, stylish and well equipped house. We all loved it immediately. Very well thought out and designed layout with equipment for every eventuality. Garage was perfect, outside sitting are was great, kitchen was lovely. Quiet neighbourhood with no night time noise. Very comfy beds and excellent bathroom. Welcome pack of chocolates and juice. I honestly cannot think of any negative about the place. In fact in an ideal world I'd take it home brick by brick and live in it permanently.
Such a lovely flat in a gorgeous location in the heart of Ypres. I can't imagine a better location to stay. The flat is stylish and comfortable. We had such a lovely time
The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated with fascinating history. The owners run the interior design shop/cafe below which was full of interesting and tempting things to buy. Their cafe is really cosy and the Gluhwein was delicious! Nothing was too much trouble - the wine and chocolates much appreciated. Lots to see and do in Ypres a great place to get in some early Christmas shopping and not expensive......
Maison Remy was spacious, spotless and well designed. For our group of 6 we were extremely comfortable. The seating and dining area was roomy and with lovely courtyard and snooker room we never felt cramped. Fab & spacious bathroom. Giovanni was very welcoming and took so much time to provide us with local tips. He was extremely prompt and helpful with all email communications. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Really very professional staff, 5 stars level. Ergonomic and stylish room design, good restaurant. Fascinating exhibition in the lobby. Not far from the central square.
(There are couple of city parking lots nearby for electronic cars - we had problems paying (only possible through the app)
The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. We've stayed in lots of nice hotels but this small boutique hotel in a fantastic location for Ypres might well be my favourite. Elodie couldn't do enough for us and was a fantastic host. Breakfast was excellent, the room spacious with a lovely bathroom including hot tub and our own outside space. The room was designed so nicely and the whole hotel has a lovely relaxing vibe. Highly recommended!
