Very beautiful property, we stayed at the new rooms in the back across the pool. Beautifully arranged and furnished. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good. Centrally located. It’s smaller place that’s more personal and cozy than larger hotels. Definitely a place to revisit!
With its medieval garden and uniquely authentic interior, this exceptional guesthouse offers an extraordinary experience of Bruges, right on the Gruuthuse Canal.

Just back from our long weekend away in Brugge and the magnificent Nuit Blanche.
David and his family were such magnificent hosts.
Couldn't be more happy and accommodating.
Firstly the room was out of this world.
Rustic and beautiful, oozing history.
The view was magnificent. I highly doubt there will be a better view in the city.
Onto the breakfast. Wow.
3 courses, all hand prepared, healthy and delicious.
When I come back to Brugge, there simply won't be any other hotel I would consider.
Thank you David for letting us stay in your beautiful property.

Our stay was amazing!
The entire house is renovated in super cute and nice way! The room was great, warm and cozy. The hosts were great, and the breakfast they served was delicious and with personal touch like you are at home with your family (or grandparents) :)

Mainly, the reception area and dining room are fantastic, so old with a rustic ambiance. The background music is adorable, beautiful, and relaxing. Olivier is very kind and generous. The breakfast is delicious and good enough.
These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
Being greeted by the lovely host who took time to explain everything we required. Although situated roadside it was very quiet with a choice of resturants within walking distance. Excellent breakfast. Perfect for a one or two night stay.
Lovely building set in lovely gardens. Sylvie is the perfect hostess and takes genuine pleasure from giving her guests the best possible experience ( delicious glass of wine in the garden on arrival; personally selected local produce for breakfast; care and attention to every decorative detail). We enjoyed staying in a standard room in the main building but would definitely opt for one of the more luxurious options next time.
The beautiful garden and the absolute lovely room. As another bigger room was still available when we arrived, we got an upgrade for free :)
Our room was equipped with a fireplace (gas-powered), which was very cosy in the evening as well.
It was the best guesthouse during our whole two-week-vacation-tour :)
The property was spotless, for me and my partner we both enjoyed our short stay very much. A 10 minute drive from the main car park in Bruges it was perfect and very well priced.
The design of the rooms was excellent and was very warm, quiet and homely. We will be back for sure!
Everything! It was very atmospheric, stunning garden, lovely spacious room and great breakfast. Sylvie was very welcoming and helpful. Located just outside of Bruges and a perfect place to base yourself to explore the local area.
It’s clean, tidy and the room was lovely. I stayed in the ibis budget near Brussels a few days before and the Jabbeke one is so much better. Parking is €7.50 per night.
The B&B is run by a lovely couple who pay the closest attention to detail and cater to the individual needs of the guests. Their hospitality is outstanding and they were welcoming from the start. We arrived earlier than expected and they were very helpful and accommodating. We also had specific dietary requirements which they were more than happy to accommodate. The accommodation itself and surroundings were stunning and the room very comfortable. We spent a lovely weekend and would definitely visit again.
It was perfect for our family with little children. They could run around, and we could use the kitchen to make an easy supper, relaxed and comfortable with the kids. Every thing was beautiful and we were spoiled with gorgeous breakfasts. The owner was lovely and friendly all the time. We will definitely visit again. Thank you!
