Wonderful breakfast and very nice hosts

We find ourselves returning to this hotel time and time again. This was our second visit in a short period, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The recent renovations are stunning, creating an ambiance of modern elegance. The staff is outstanding—professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their service strikes the perfect balance between warmth and discretion, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. As pet owners, we greatly appreciate the hotel’s pet-friendly approach, which makes traveling with our furry companions effortless. Not only are pets welcome, but they are also allowed in the restaurants, which is an absolute delight. Being able to enjoy world-class dining without having to leave our pets behind is a rare luxury that sets this hotel apart. The cleanliness is impeccable, with a dedicated housekeeping team maintaining the highest standards throughout the hotel. Their professionalism is evident not only in their meticulous work but also in their well-presented uniforms, which enhance the hotel’s polished image. Whoever oversees housekeeping deserves special recognition for their exceptional management. The culinary experience is nothing short of extraordinary. As frequent travelers to five-star hotels worldwide, we have high expectations, and this hotel truly delivers. Breakfast is outstanding, dinner is exquisite, and even the bar snacks are thoughtfully crafted and delicious. The cocktails, in particular, are a highlight—expertly mixed and on par with those found in top-tier establishments. One might not expect world-class service, fine dining, and exceptional cocktails in a small seaside hotel, but this property delivers all that and more. It is a true hidden gem, and we look forward to returning again soon.

I liked the atmosphere, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, and the excellent breakfast. The location is superb for the nature reserve. The restaurant across the road was open for evening meals, and the food was of a high standard. I appreciated the bus service that stopped right outside the door of the hotel, and which took me back to Knokke.

A truly elegant and cozy place. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a large bathroom. The staff was really kind, and the parking area is generous, featuring two chargers for electric cars. The bed was comfortable, and the location is just a 10-minute drive from the beach. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.
