We had high hopes for this hotel, but our experience was far from what we expected. Several issues significantly affected our comfort and overall impression: - The spa was out of order during our entire stay – something that was never communicated in advance, even though it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. - Our room door had no lock, which made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. - The hallways were extremely noisy, especially at night, making it difficult to get proper rest. We raised some of our concerns during our stay and later sent a follow-up email to request a partial refund, given the number and seriousness of the problems. Unfortunately, we never received a response to our last email. This hotel could have potential, but the lack of transparency, basic security, and care for guests’ comfort left us very disappointed. We would not return and cannot recommend it in its current state.

Great location, friendly and polite staff. Room was spotelessly clean and well equipped. Nespresso coffee machine was there with capsules, but tea set was missing. TV was big and internet was more less stable. Toilet was really clean with showering gel of good quality. Breakfast was really good with variety of hot and cold dishes and fresh juices.

The view from the roof top bar was my absolute highlight. It was beautiful. The rooms were average, the hotel itself looks abit upkeep. The carpets in the hallway look dirty and its dark. The room was basic and felt cold, not cozy or comfy. The room did not look welcoming. The entrance area and restaurant were good, the breakfast was great and the salad I had at the restaurant was delicious. The staff were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. THEY REALLY WENT ALL OUT TO ASSIST ME.
