フロントのスタッフはとても丁寧で詳しくホテルの説明をしてくれた。無料のスパ施設が良かった。森に囲まれた静かなホテルで森林浴しなながら散歩し、とてもリラックスできた。ホテルの食事も少し高めだが満足いく美味しさでボリュームもあった。お部屋には無料の水とケトル、紅茶、コーヒーがあった。バスローブとスリッパも完備。

チェックイン前に荷物を預ける際に対応して下さったフロントの女性やポーターさんが非常に良かったです。 近くには王宮や公園、EU評議会、ミニスーパー、カフェなどがあります。ただし、グランプラスからは徒歩で20分以上かかりますし、ブリュッセル中央駅からホテルまでの道のりは上り坂でした。
