The location of the Pousada, with the sea just in front, provides a outstanding view and tranquility for those who look for a real relaxing time! The hotel crew is highly professional, efficient and super friendly, making us feel like we are in a family environment! Absolutely one of my favorite places!!

Lovely Pousada. Location a bit uphill but this makes it very peaceful. Staff very helpful and owner went out of his way to help us with whatever to make our stay perfect. View from balcony amazing and overlooking the mainland and ocean. Room was small and basic, but was ok for our stay. Only thing missing was a safe, but there is one at the reception. Why I did not give a higher score is the air conditioning in the room. It was an old unit that was very noisy. We could not use it at night and this is when we needed it the most :( I would recommend to double check which rooms have the new units before you book. Apart from that, we loved every minute and would like to thank the owner for helping us organise transport from Rio to the island and to Paraty.
