FranceThe rooms are very humid with mold smell. We asked to change rooms, and the new room is slightly better but still very humid. Around 2 am, we received a phone call from the reception that woke us up, saying that the fire alarm detected smoke in our room! They asked if everything looked fine in the room we said yes. Of course we were alarmed that something was wrong in the room and had trouble going back to sleep. If there was a smoke alarm, they should send a technician to the room to verify why the smoke detector was triggered. If it was a false alarm, then we expect an apology and a compensation for ruining our night!
We do not recommend that hotel!
