The modern layout of the Pousada in the sense of architecture and design is beautiful. Everything is well thought over which gives the premisses a sense of luxury and well being. The room was specious with a balcony overlooking the mountains. The gardens are well care taken after. The pool is big enough for a swim and there are sun beds and chairs with umbrellas. On request the staff members make the sauna ready for you. Both owners and all the staff members are extremely pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is amazing: fresh fruits, cakes, fresh white cheese baked on the wood burning stove. The pousada is around 20 minutes walking from the center. By taxi 5 minutes. The small distance from the busy center ensures a nice relax in quietness after the seeing of the sights before you go back for dinner .
