I booked for my daughters bday i got a confirmation for a little surprise waiting for the room [ as per my request ] . I got disappointed they forgot about it, but the receptionist was really nice made it up, send a little treat and greeting card he even gave the brekky voucher. I highly recommend this place quite pricey for a 3 star lodge but its worth it though. It is really clean and relaxing the hot tub and sauna even made the place even more relaxing =)
With scenic views of the Canadian Rockies, this contemporary mountain lodge is located directly on Banff Avenue and offers an indoor pool. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property.

Excellent facilities, the pool is spectacular! The heating is very low, and I felt very cold at night.

We enjoyed literally everything about our stay from beginning to end! From the customer service to amenities, food, drinks, rooms, atmosphere, and everything in between, it was an incredible stay! We would highly recommend the Georgetown Inn to ANYBODY coming through Canmore or staying for any period of time!

Small room
Small beds even not good for 2 person
Very few facilities
Kind and respectful employees
These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
The facility is new and the room have very personable designs. I liked a lot of the little details of the room. Although it is on the edge of Banff Town, they offer complimentary bus passes, and made it more convenient than driving around and having to find parking. Comparably more affordable price than other facilities.
Brand new building.Spacious room, nice balcony, though didn't use it due to the weather, but I guess during summer time it is a plus. Cute interior design
New build so everything is stylish, comfortable and cosy with great design. The rooms are very comfortable with great bathrooms. Fresh tea coffee for the morning is a nice touch. The restaurant also does excellent brekkie.
We were pleasantly surprised not only by the interior design but the room location something completely different! Staff were helpful and pleasant. Our recommendation was this is/was an excellent experience.
Location of the hotel was good, not quite in downtown Banff, so away from any noise/congestion but close enough to be able to walk into downtown easily in about 10 or 15 minutes. The room was cozy - with a VERY comfy and high bed with comfortable pillows and bedding, a large TV & a fireplace with a timer.
My favourite part of our stay was the mineral salt ( I think!) Hot tub; the ambience and design of the whole pool area, whilst small, was lovely and very relaxing. The staff were all super friendly and helpful
