CanadaRooms are a little worn (stained bathtub, peeling ceiling) & you couldn’t use the closet because there was a desk in front of it but the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet food was not hot.

A hot tub and pool for swimming, as well as an included breakfast with the budget room. Coffee and tea in the room, fridge and lots of storage. Great views of the river as well. We had concerns based on previous reviews, but Riverland exceeded expectations. May not be up to everyone’s standards and expectations but I didn’t mind it at all. Grateful I could use the laundry and dryer. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was tiny but clean and it was surprisingly quiet. Noise levels may differ on weekends of course.
