This is a shiny new residence with plenty of common room space and well designed rooms. When I checked in, there were a few young soccer teams checking in, and I thought it might be noisy. It was remarkably quiet. Across the street is a nice running track to warm up on for a jog along the lakeshore.

Quirky B&B/Boutique Hotel. Well placed for visiting Kingston. Very clean and comfortable room with a very individual feel. We were in Room 3 which has a lovely covered balcony for sitting out. Nice gardens and sitting room. Great toiletries and bedding- very comfortable. Quite different but in a positive sense and enjoyed our stay.

Lovely family owned motel. TV reception was terrible, two remotes didn't work. Seems like money is tight but will say the family seemed lovely and very grateful for our business. By no means a high end spot but comfortable and affordable

This is the best location in Kingston! We enjoyed our stay! Although we stayed only for a night, we are planning to go back. This boutique hotel is perfect. We are looking forward to our next stop in Lingston just to stay there again.

The property is gorgeous, like much of Kingston is. Lovely garden to lounge in with coffee and a book. Austin the concierge was phenomenal. A joy to interact with. His energy and positive attitude was so welcome I had forgotten what this level of service felt like. The continental breakfast was already great with fresh baked pastry, but the optional upgrade was affordable at $8 per guest, and was quite lovely.
