We always stay at this hotel any time we come to edmonton and it's always a hit! This time we wwre surprised with a jacuzzi suite (was a little bummed it was out of service for repairs) but it was still a cool experience to even see. We will definitely be back! The kids love the pool and the staff is always so friendly and willing to go above and beyond.

The room was less than appealing. It had nice TV's and microwave. One old dresser in on room and nothing in the other. Room looked NOTHING like the photos. The "master bedroom" with the dresser was cold and the other area with the bed was hot. Required an extra blanket in the one and sweating in the other. While we were watching TV, someone from a local pizza place stuffed a flyer through the crack in the door. Wasn't impressed they allowed this person in the building to do that. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows.
Located just minutes from downtown Edmonton, Alberta, this hotel offers comfortable guestrooms and convenient amenities in a great location near several of the city's attractions.

The free air port shuttle and very reasonable parking rates were a nice surprise.
These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
Excellent breakfast. Clean, well-designed room. Also, ease of access to and the quality of dining at Eclipse in the adjacent Holiday Inn made a late supper enjoyable.
The staff was very welcoming. I just came out of a 20 hr trip from Australia and I came in before the checking in time. They accomodate me and arranged to have my room ready before time. They were so lovely and helpful. Great Great staff!
The breakfast was lovely! Better than I expected! Bed was comfortable as well as pillows. Room was clean and comfortable. We definitely will be back again.
All staff are lovely, breakfast was delicious with lots of options including hot vegetarian options.
All the rooms are very big, with tea & coffee making facilities, a microwave & a fridge/freezer. Bathrooms facilities are very nice with Dove branded toiletries.
The breakfast was a great selection, including traditional Canadian items, all the staff members I came into contact with were lovely.
