부킹에서 예약후 결제하고 방문했는데 직원은 내가 이미 결제한 사실을 전산상으로 확인할 수 있었는데 카드결제를 하라고 해서 나는 그것이 호텔에서 사용하는 것에 대비한 카드사항을 입력하는 것으로 이해했는데 나중에 카드결제사항을 확인해보니 숙박비를 중복결제한 것이었다. 밤이라서 다음날 아침에 퇴실할때 취소해 준다더니 퇴실할 때는 2-3일 후에 취소된다고 했는데 3일이 지난 지금까지 중복결제된 부분이 취소가 되지 않고 있다. 매리어트와 부킹 고객센터에 담당자에게 모두 연락했지만 누구도 책임지지 않고 있다.
