Did not have, never offered The Police, kicking the door in next to us. Listening to them bang on the door and scream and yelling so loud we were scared to move. That was 0110 and fastest 30-40 minutes. Absolutely shocked and terrified!

Breakfast and supper at Cafe Boulud are too notch. The spa is fantastic as well as all the amenities. No complaints whatsoever, you get what you pay for.

Only hot and warm water in the evening, no cold water. Not sure why. Otherwise fine hotel for short airport stays. Not really suitable for city stay as you need a shuttle to the airport to reach public transport
