Wonderful atmosphere for a romantic getaway. The included breakfast was delicious. My partner loved seeing the family of deer on the manor grounds when we traveled to and from the manor.

That was really not bad. Compare to the hotels in Bangkok or Dubai ,you can book with the same money ,Rialto was really negotiable, but for Canada that was acceptable. With 150$ daily I stayed in a 5 star hotel in Dubai .

Enjoyed our stay and the wonderful atmosphere of this heritage building. Needs some updating though, for example windows are old single pane with broken old locks.

Firstly, the room was quite clean, which is always a top priority for me.
The bathroom was fantastic. It was newly renovated, and the modern design was both stylish and functional. The shower, in particular, was a highlight with the forest wall photo inside. Actually, for me maybe the only best part was the shower.
Awesome location, a bit out of downtown (but reachable within 20mins on foot), instead right in front of Craigdarragh Castle. The whole property is lovely designed in authentic Victorian style. My room (Queen Room) was super comfy and charming.
The property even features a little guest kitchen with fridge and freezer - perfect if you're a happy camper on a city stop.
Super easy to access the property. The coffee was great and the hosts keep in touch with us through email to facilitate our stay. Also the interior design is great.
The breakfast at the hotel was absolutely delightful and surpassed all my expectations. However, the bed size was slightly small for two adults, despite its incredibly clean and beautiful design. The hotel's location was perfect, offering a stunning harbor view.
It would have been great if there was a breakfast.
The hotel was very clean and neat. I appreciated the designer look of the room. Lovely renovations. Beautiful bathroom. Great job.
The Royal Scot is a beautiful, well designed, professionally curated residence, that's clean, simple, and captures the essence of Victorian history and charm.
Our room was affordable, and definitely worth the price. We would live to come back, and make The Royal Scot our first choice for hotels.
A boutique hotel on the edge of downtown Victoria, BC. The Room was great. Lovely decor and period architecture. On the negative side, the rooms do not have individual thermostats, and it was very hot. Had to have the window open and the a/c running..in Canadian November. The room was a bit on the small side, but overall, it was great. Will be staying there again for another short stay. Close to downtown by car. Comfortable bed and pillows. Our room had a desk, microwave and mini fridge.
