In fact two nights without sleeping well because of the AC heater, first night at 1 am it becomes too heat, and we couldn't control it so we just unplugged it, and it was winter and cold in general.
Next day I informed the receptionist and they promised to solve it, when I came back at night, the same problem, nothing fixed, it was really horrible. I have videos for this bad experience.
Moreover, the shower in the swimming pool area has only very cold water, it was weird. I will never go there again, before I had a better experience with a lot of hotels in Quebec city.
Also be careful of drinking the bottle of water inside the bathroom, they will let you pay for it.
More than that, the breakfast is not included, you must pay for it.

During checking at the hotel , the reception never explained about what things is free or not free in the room . One bottle water was in the toilet and my daughter used it . And the end hotel charged me 3.99 dollars. We thought bottle water is free . And nobody did not tell us anything about that .

Charming botique hotel located in the lower Old Section of Quebec City. Very comfortable rooms, nice touches like wine glasses and robes. Very friendly staff. Love the coffee machine in the lobby! Minutes from all Old Town sights. Very good value as well.

Staff made you feel like family. They were very welcoming and friendly, especially the porters. Rooms were very well appointed, clean, and spacious.

Great location in Old City. Easy to get to anywhere. Breakfast is excellent--fresh and appetizing. This is our second stay in this hotel in the past six months. Wonderful people work there.
These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.
It's a really nice hotel surrounded by a nice green walking path.
The dinner and breakfast include a lot of local ingredients. That was fantastic.
I like the design and details of the building.
Beautiful property. Rooms are comfortable and clean with interesting furnishings. A truly special experience to learn about the Huron Aboriginal Nation of Wendake (and other First Nations). The building is stunning with a unique restaurant that has a gorgeous patio in the forested area.
It was beautiful. Impressive building from the outside. The inside lobby was gorgeous. The huge windows looking out at the trees and the balcony gave it warmth. It was spotless. The room was in good condition. We loved the traditional decor of the place. We had a pet and our room opened up to the ground which helped. We love nature. Having the trees outside of our porch and hearing the sound of the river was soothing. The restaurant was delicious. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner there.
The ability to open the patio door and let in fresh air and the sound of the nearby roaring river. The architectural design and features of the facility. The nearby biking/walking/running/roller blading path. The guided tour of the history of the Wendake people.
The entire experience was great! The decor, restaurant and activites were all top notch and made a lovely experience for me and my 6 year old. We both enjoyed the necklace making and the myths and legends and he is already asking when we can go back.
