המקום מסביר פנים מהרגע שמשוחחים עם מרים בטלפון. לבבית עם חוש הומור, מסבירת פנים ופשוט בן אדם מקסים. למלון יש אופי, נוף מהמם. החדר היה מקסים. נקי עם מרפסת שמשקיפה להר המושלג ולאחו הירוק עם פרות שמשוטטות בו. ארוחת בוקר סטנדרטית של שוויץ - לחם, חמאה, ריבה, גבינות, נקניק, ביצים ומעדנים. אל תצפו בשוויץ לקבל סלט או ירקות לארוחת הבוקר. סה״כ החוויה במלון נהדרת. אם אי פעם נחזור לשוויץ נחזור בוודאות למלון הזה. מרים - תודה!!

המיקום מצוין קרוב לרחוב הראשי וממש מול הרכבל לעליה להר. החדרים יפים ונקיים מאוד . הצוות מקסים ושירותי ותמיד עוזר בכל פניה. המסעדה האיטלקית היתה טובה מאוד וטעימה. החדר נקי מאוד המיטה נוחה וגם הכריות יש מספיק מקום לאחסון . הנוף מהחדר מקסים .
