I was upgraded to a studio room. I liked that they honored the "green card" but still replenished my coffee and water without being asked to do so. The bed was super comfortable. The spa was lovely.

Breakfast was more than ample, and I had great choices to tailor the breakfast to suit my preferences. It was delivered to my room at the time I designated. Great service! Plus the room was a studio outfitted with every imaginable appliance to allow me to self-cater if desired. Just terrific thoughtfulness went into planning the room. And I was left alone to come & go as I pleased -- no restrictions on movement in this B&B.

Very modern facilities including a robot delivery service for your mini bar menu! Very convenient as access is straight from within the airport. Also very well connected to the main city through train, tram, bus and taxi. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Zurich.

A little far from the center, but good communication. There were a couple of good italian restaurants close to the hotel, not a touristic area for sightseeing.

The Holiday Inn Zürich Messe is between the airport and the center of the city, next to the famous Hallenstadion concert venue, the fairgrounds, the Convention Centre and the Theater 11 music hall.
