While the staff were very friendly, travellers should know that there is no staff on site 24/7 - we were locked out of our rooms at 10pm and no one was available to help - calling the hotel phone number redirected to a sister property in Zurich, 50km away!

The hotel itself it's very welcoming, decor, staff, ambience, it's really a pleasant place.
The spa it's very well preserved and clean, and has everything one could ever need to relax and have a good time.
The room was super clean and comfortable, the attention to details like little gifts or personalized welcome cards were the cherry on top!
The restaurant it's also a must, very good food and professional staff.
Breakfast was on point, a lot of variety and was the perfect way to end our visit to such a lovely place.
Will definitely return, its simply one of the best hotels I've ever been!

Clean & tidy !
Breakfast : was not good service , no warm food as eggs , and the excuse was no cook available , this for the 3 days we stayd at the hotel ., not even boiled egg that you don’t need a cook for to do it !!!
And Monday was less guests at the hotel they just had 1 kind of bread and I had to ask if was not other type as I don’t eat white bread , then they said , if you want whole bread I can go to buy it ….we had the feeling because of less guests they served less things , no fruits and other details … but the day before we did had more complete breakfast …. this is no fair with the guests that had paid for it , despite the numbers of the guests at the hotel the service has to be the same .and we didn’t that less …for Swiss standard , no go !!

A modern hotel. The room ceiling was high and it was not claustrophobic. Nice bed, and bathroom with walk in shower. Close to railway line but I heard nothing. Breakfast is available at an extra cost. I didn't have breakfast and cannot report on it. Receptionist was friendly and spoke English. City tax is to be paid at the check-out. Remember to have some cash.
