The interior design and comfort far exceeded my expectations. The service was professional and personal, unlike my usual visits to hotels like The Kulm and Sacher resort where I found the service fussy and unfriendly, overly invasive. They nail it here. I received a great welcome with a glass of prosecco and was really looked after in the bar and restaurant. It is simply a great place.
