Been visiting this hotel for 30 years, always charmed by the views, and the location is so convenient for Swiss travel, it has always been my primary destination and a personal gateway into Switzerland. EV charging is now a perfect addition, the hotel is and has always been clean and well kept, staff have always been first class, the young man on reception on this occasion, was not the best… more training required…

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The hotel itself was beautiful — the lobby felt warm and inviting, and access to the rooms and all floors was smooth and well-organized. One of the standout features was the breakfast area, located on the top floor in a stunning glass dome. The space was filled with natural light and offered breathtaking panoramic views of the lake and the mountains in the background. It was a unique and memorable setting to enjoy breakfast — a truly perfect way to start the day. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future.

The hotel was in an ideal location to visit the lake area by car. The room facilities were adequate. The room was ideally sized and very clean. The view from the balcony was especially magnificent! I highly recommend visiting the Lavaux region during your visit.
