המיקום קרוב לאגם,למסעדות,לרכבת,לשוק,לטרמים שנוסעים באזור של אגם זנבה. החדר היה נקי ומאד נוח. מאובזר כהלכה, מים חמים ,. חדר נעים מאד. מאוורר. מחומם לפי רצון האורח. אמנם לא פגשתי את מי שמנהל את המקום אך הוא ענה על שאלותי והציע הצעות טובות כדי להתמצא בסביבה.
