Not good value for money unfortunately. The hotel & room was dated. The room was very small and there was a very strong vis-a-vis. Once you open the window you could see the people in the building opposite, felt like they were right in front of us, I would say we had 0% privacy, we had to keep the curtains shut the whole time which made our room so dark. The guys at valet were excellent and made the stay feel special. The girl at reception was not up to my expectations, she gave 0 information about the hotel and we were forced to ask loads of questions, maybe she was new? I told her were staying because it was my birthday, I had really hoped she would have taken note of that and would’ve made an effort and left something special in the room like a complimentary glass of champagne or a flower or anything. It doesn’t take a lot to show a bit of effort that can go a long way. And honestly for the amount of money we paid to stay there, I really expected exceptional service. Especially in a country where the hotellerie universities are amongst the top in the world. What a disappointment.

Felt like a luxurious hotel, very clean, lovely bathroom lots of toiletries supplied as well. Really surpassed our expectations and was very good price for central Geneva. Staff were very friendly too. We didn't have a breakfast but our friends did and said it was very good.

Good size room. Nice bathroom. Location okay for restaurants and transport. Good to have free Geneva Travel Card included. Received an unknown charge on credit card after departure, which we queried, with no response. Not satisfactory at all.
