Amazing location especially if you face the river and mountains. It is also close to anything needed in the city.
The staff were very helpful helped with anything between restaurants, valet parking and others…and the room amenities are great, both in room and the daily delivered. Good hotel restaurant.

Customer service was brilliant and very accommodating. Even though I arrived earlier than planned, every effort was made to ensure my room was ready to check in to once I had arrived.
Staff were also very helpful when my adaptor wasn't working to get me sorted with ones that did!
The property is in a great location, very close to the water front, the train station and the old town for sightseeing on foot, by boat or by train.
Everyone was very friendly and there was a good team vibe to the property.
Breakfast was very good, as was the restaurant in the evening.
