Where do I begin?? 🥰🧿 The two partners - Connie & Gosia are the most warm, beautiful, charming and generous hostesses. The hotel itself is so special with spacious bedrooms with some having gorgeous lake side views. I highly recommend staying in-house for dinner to enjoy Chef Gosia’s DIVINE 3-course meal. She made a special vegetarian meal for us which is the BEST vegetarian food we’ve had in Switzerland. Chef Gosia also made special arrangements for our breakfast which was all so beautifully presented. Roger who works in the restaurant was so kind and professional as was the lovely young lady who took care of us as breakfast. Thank you so much for the most incredible stay - we will return for a longer stay in the summer 🙏🏽♥️

The Stork Room is spacious, and has a faded rustic charm. The restaurant is pleasant, although a bit expensive for what it is. We had dinner, but not the expensive breakfast. The hotel is owned by the ugly fake "schloss" across the road, which claims to be but is not a castle. It's a 60s or 70s block, and you check in and out and park at that hotel.

Amazing location especially if you face the river and mountains. It is also close to anything needed in the city. The staff were very helpful helped with anything between restaurants, valet parking and others…and the room amenities are great, both in room and the daily delivered. Good hotel restaurant.
