我在这间酒店入住4晚,退房后返回房间取遗落的物品时,刚好撞上客房客房清洁人员,然后被清洁人员质问是否拿走了房间的小毛巾,她说她在房间找不到6条小毛巾。而事实上在她进行客房打扫时拿走了使用过的毛巾后未更换新的毛巾,所以导致房间毛巾数量不对。但酒店及服务人员都不承认这点。客房清洁人员一直强调她补齐了毛巾,但是毛巾在房间就是找不到。那么请问毛巾去了哪里?虽然酒店明确告知不会让我进行赔偿,但消失的毛巾去了哪里?这个搞不清楚,我与同行人变成了嫌疑犯。这让我感觉非常不好。由于我急着赶飞机,在我离开酒店后打电话给酒店询问是否找到了消失的毛巾,酒店的答复是他们清点了房间所有物品,只有6条小毛巾丢失,酒店的两次回复皆是如此回答。那么是不是真如客房清洁人员所说我拿走了6条毛巾呢?我永远都解释不清楚。平白无故背负了不好的名誉,却也只能以酒店服务人员的道歉不了了之。如果你也想受到如此对待,那就大胆选择这间酒店吧。
I stayed at this hotel for four nights. After checking out, when I returned to the room to retrieve forgotten items, I encountered a housekeeping staff member who accused me of taking six small towels from the room, claiming they couldn’t find them. In reality, during their cleaning process, they had removed used towels but failed to replace them with new ones, resulting in the discrepancy in towel count. However, the hotel and staff refused to acknowledge this. The housekeeping staff insisted they had replenished the towels, yet the towels were nowhere to be found. So where did the towels go? Although the hotel explicitly stated I wouldn’t be charged for compensation, the question remains: Where did the missing towels disappear to? Without clarity, my travel companion and I were treated as suspects, which felt deeply unsettling.
In a hurry to catch my flight, I later called the hotel to inquire about the missing towels. They replied twice that they had inventoried all items in the room and confirmed only six small towels were missing. Does this mean I actually took the towels, as implied by the staff? I can never clear my name. Despite being unjustly tarnished by this accusation, the matter ended with nothing more than an apology from the hotel staff. If you too would like to be treated this way, then feel free to choose this hotel.
